  • FAQs
Can I bake a Ready to Bake Pie that is thawed in the refrigerator?

Our Ready to Bake Pies are designed to bake from a frozen state. In order to get the best quality product, we recommend that you do not allow the pie to thaw before baking.

Can I bake two pies at once?

You can bake two pies at the same time. Simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. After that, reduce the heat and follow the regular baking instructions as listed on the pie box. Since ovens may vary, you may want to take a peek at the product during the last 15-20 minutes of the baking process. You may want to cover the edges with foil if you notice they are getting too brown.

How long can I keep a fresh baked pie, or cream pie?

For best quality, we recommend using our fruit pies within 3 days, if kept at room temperature. Thawed cream pies should be kept in refrigeration and eaten within 4 days.

Great flavors.

Team, the flavors were great, however I struggled to release the crust from the baking tin.

Expensive Disappointment!

We were so excited to try this pie for Thanksgiving. We followed the baking directions exactly and let the pie cool for more than 2 hours before trying to cut into it. Sadly in the baking process, the topping which is supposed to be crunchy and delicious, completely turned to mush!!! It was disgusting and unappetizing to say the least! So after spending over $20 on what was promised to be an amazing pie well worth the price, instead we got overpriced mush! This pie clearly had been thawed at some point and re-frozen. Don't think I'll be making the mistake of purchasing this pie ever again!

Delicious Carmel Apple Pie

Shipped from Northwest Coast and arrived in Ohio still well frozen. I had tasted this pie previously and wanted to serve for Thanksgiving. Safely in my freezer ready to be baked Thansgiving morning! Also ordered Cherry Almond pie and know I will be happy with it also. Thanks for making my holiday easier.

FAMILY FAVORITE

We've made it a family holiday treat to get these pies and this year we've ordered them for families that are in other states:)
Unfortunately the first order arrived a mess, thawed and didn't arrive in the appreciate manner. But after contacting the company they quickly sent replacements that arrived in frozen state.

Didn’t include the card I had filled out.

I had written a note to my Aunt who has just lost her husband. It was supposed to be included with the delivery of the pies. I was very disappointed that my note didn’t accompany the pies that I had delivered and that my Aunt needed to call me to see if I had delivered the pies to her. It appears that the option of including a note isn’t working properly. Had I known I would have notified my Aunt of their arrival in advance.
