  • FAQs
Can I bake a Ready to Bake Pie that is thawed in the refrigerator?

Our Ready to Bake Pies are designed to bake from a frozen state. In order to get the best quality product, we recommend that you do not allow the pie to thaw before baking.

Can I bake two pies at once?

You can bake two pies at the same time. Simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. After that, reduce the heat and follow the regular baking instructions as listed on the pie box. Since ovens may vary, you may want to take a peek at the product during the last 15-20 minutes of the baking process. You may want to cover the edges with foil if you notice they are getting too brown.

How long can I keep a fresh baked pie, or cream pie?

For best quality, we recommend using our fruit pies within 3 days, if kept at room temperature. Thawed cream pies should be kept in refrigeration and eaten within 4 days.

Great piece; just too high priced online!

Love the pies. Crust is excellent, but to order online at $44.00 is just too high, no value there. Can’t justify the price again.

Amazing as always!

As Oregon transplants, we LOVE the Marionberry pie! An excellent all-butter crust. A rare treat, delivered to CA with great service. Thanks again, Willamette Pie!!

What Free shipping?

I visited your store last fall and bought some frozen pies for $15, so I was amazed to see that your frozen pies sell for $45 online. You claim that shipping is free, but you actually appear to charge $30 for shipping. If the extra $30 isn't for shipping, then what is it for? I tried calling your store for some answers and was told that you don't really have free shipping, that it was a mistake on the website. It actually means, "shipping is included," which sounds like a truthful answer but here you are boasting that you have free shipping and seeking feedback about how great it is. I asked several more questions of the person who answered the phone in your store -- like when's the last date I can order a pie in time for Christmas delivery -- and she didn't know. She suggested I contact your online order team. I called multiple times, got no answer, was told to email, so I did that several times and a week later got a reply to some of my questions but not the most important ones. Unsatisfied, I placed my order anyway, and they arrived on time and apparently in good condition. But your customer service is atrocious, and you continue to lie about free shipping. Why not just admit that shipping a pie with dry ice, etc., is expensive and you have to charge for it? There's nothing wrong with that. But there's a lot wrong with lying and dancing around the truth. I won't be buying your pies any more.

best pies ever

Huge raves from my family who received these pies for Christmas. They say it's like eating fresh picked fruit, only better!
